My Orders

After an order has been made, you will first receive a confirmation email that contains your order number. Next you will receive a second email notifying you that your order has been shipped. The email will include your tracking number. Use the tracking number to monitor your order’s progress.

All products should be received within 2-5 business days. Orders placed after 12:00PM MST will be shipped the following day. Please be patient during holidays as handlers are typically busier.

Subscriptions

We are committed to offering a hassle-free subscription, and this includes making changes to your account.

Under "My Account" on the left-hand side panel you can manage your addresses, payment options and products.

Your monthly delivery of your subscribed products will be based on your initial purchase. For example, if your initial purchase was placed January 10th, your next order will be shipped February 10th. The following would be scheduled March 10th and so on. Shipping is free and your products should arrive 2-5 business days after shipment date.

As a Subscriber  to our community we reward our subscribers each month with discounts. Below is our tiered pricing for monthly subscriptions.

  • $115 / upfront for 2 Months Delivered Monthly and save 20%
  • $162 / upfront for 3 Months Delivered Monthly and save 25%
  • $202 / upfront for 4 Months Delivered Monthly and save 30%

Yes, you can cancel anytime without penalty. Under "My Account"  on the left-hand side you can view and manage your subscriptions.

Subscriptions are on a per product basis, any additional purchases will not be automatically discounted.

Loyalty and Rewards

There are numerous ways to earn reward points, see the Rewards page for information on the different ways you can earn points. You can see the different ways to earn points, see how much points you have accumulated, see your loyalty history and Refer a Friend under "My Account" on the left-hand side panel.

You can redeem your points for exclusive discounts. For every 100 Points you have accumulated, you get a $10 discount on your next purchase.

Your Reward points don't expire and will only be used if you choose to redeem points for a discount.

Referring a friend to our website will give them a 30% off Coupon to use at checkout and you the referrer will receive $15 off products. To Refer a Friend under "My Account" navigate to the Loyalty and Rewards tab on the left-hand side panel, here you can enter an email address for the person you would like to refer.

Our products do not carry an expiration date, instead we provide the day the products were manufactured. The dietary/herbal supplement industry has been using a two-year standard for shelf life. Ingredients used remain stable along with efficacy maintaining for 2-3 years if properly stored. All products with a manufactured date are safe for use within two (2) years of that date. You can find the date located on the bottom of the packaging.

Refunds via Cryptocurrency.  All purchases made via cryptocurrency that qualify for a refund will be refunded in USD fiat.  Please contact our support and provide the following:  Your purchase order confirmation, full name and address.  Along with your bank name, routing and account number.  Once confirmed, our support will initiate an ACH transfer.

 

Refunds are valid within 90 days of purchase. Shipping and any applied discounts are excluded. Purchases must be completed through floworganics.com in order to be applicable for the guarantee.
