I’m definitely reliant on caffeine, so I’m always looking for alternatives especially for later in the day. Of the three Flow products, I love the taste of Energize the best–it’s citrusy and refreshing (if energy were a flavor–this would be it!). I’ve been experimenting with taking it various times throughout the day, and while I’ve found it to be effective anytime, my favorite is midday about an hour before my usual dip in energy. It’s not the typical energy surge you experience after having a cup of coffee, it’s more of a gradual build up of natural energy–which I love! I’ve found that I slide right through my usual mid-day slump, no problem. I also workout later in the day (after 5pm) and I’ve really come to like taking this about an hour before I go to the gym. It gives me just enough energy to make it through my workout without disrupting my sleep later. As someone who’s heavily reliant on caffeine multiple times throughout the day, this has impressed me!
